Two Locals going to Salida for the Change Leader Institute

Two Larimer County Artists; Local actor and Teacher, Judd Farner and Artist and Coordinator of Studio Operations at Artworks Loveland, Angela Canada Hopkins have been announced as part of the Spring 2015 class of COLORADO CHANGE LEADERS.  The Colorado Creative Industries' Change Leader Institute will take place March 23-25, 2015 at the SteamPlant Event Center in Salida.

Andy Vick, executive director of the Cultural Office of the Pikes Peak Region (El Paso County)
Rachelle Alvarez, assistant for the Rural Mural Project (Otero County)

Catherine Augur, executive director of Creede Repertory Theatre (Mineral County)
Danielle Brooks, artist (Adams County)
Santiago Jaramillo, BuCu West Development Center board member (Denver County)
Maureen Hearty, artist and community organizer (Yuma County)
Jeannene Bragg, operations director of Lone Tree Arts Center (Douglas County)
Rachel Basye, executive director of Arts Students League of Denver (Denver County)

The Change Leader Institute is a biannual program that consists of a three-day curriculum offering professional development and teaching communication skills that can help leaders leverage and facilitate change in their communities.
