Over the past year, the potential list of capital improvement projects for the City of Fort Collins has been narrowed from approximately $400M to $75M through public outreach, Council work, and staff refinement. The projects on this website are currently proposed to go before Council on January 20, 2015 for referral to the April 7, 2015 ballot.
Up for consideration is renovation of the Community Creative Center at the Carnegie Library. This renovation would include stairways to all parts of the building and bathroom improvements to make this building more accessible and open.
