High school students can take advantage of this unique pre-college opportunity where courses will be designed to dovetail with art exhibitions at the Loveland Museum/Gallery and Artworks Loveland. Students will get a chance to network with artists, curators and Front Range Community College faculty with the intention of creating a community network of arts professionals with whom students can begin to build a foundation of career exploration.
Classes will run for two hours in five week sessions. Saturday afternoon classes held at the Museum and taught by FRCC faculty. The class will take some walking trips to Artworks Loveland on selected days for tours and artist-led workshops.
In the time that students are part of this program, FRCC’s Department of Creative Arts Design and Humanities will be presented to students as an option for continuing their education in the arts as they move toward their college experience.
