An email I received last night....
"Did you notice today the Coloradoan nixed the entire arts and entertainment section of their web site and replaced it with NoCo Life... which features... weddings and engagements?! This is a sad turn of events for the arts (including music and performance) communities. The paper is pretty pathetic but at least they were listing community events when we sent them in. Now they are useless to us. I hope Stacy Nick gets a new position somewhere that is interested in promoting community events."
I have not seen the Beet Street newsletter in a bit... what's happening with that?
My answer, I do not subscribe to the Coloradoan. Anyone who does have a comment? Pretty sad state of affairs.
As for the Beet Street newsletter, it will be back. We had a glitch switching the credit card info. Glad to know you guys see it as a resource. The next time you see Ren Burke,tell her how much you appreciate it. She is the VOLUNTEER publisher of this newsletter.
