Greetings Colorado State Artists!
Colorado Creative Industries is working with Colorado Artists to share the following survey with artists in Colorado.
Now is your time to be heard! We want to hear YOUR needs. We are conducting this 5-minute statewide survey to understand the critical issues facing individual artists who use the visual arts as a mode of creative expression. We want to hear from artists at all stages of their careers, and, from all demographic backgrounds.
*** Everyone that completes and submits this survey by October 15th will be entered to win $100 towards a store of their choice to buy things for their art practice. Make sure you provide your email address after Question #14 so we can contact you. ***
