Immerse Yourself in Art!
This fun and exciting 12-week program provides an interactive education and prepares you to become a Museum tour guide. Immerse yourself in ideas and explore new ways to appreciate art. Loveland Museum curators, trained docents, and prominent guest art experts will help you develop new perspectives. Gallery 101 participants will survey modern and contemporary artists, experience behind the scenes art-related tours, get inspired by art exhibitions, and much more.
Gallery 101 is free to participants who make a commitment to volunteer a minimum of 4 hours per week for 6 months (after training). Cost without volunteer commitment is $120.
Fall 2015 session (meets weekly):
Thursdays, September 24 – December 10, 5 – 7 pm

- Enjoy a welcome reception
- Attend weekly sessions
- Earn a certificate of completion
- Participate in behind the scenes activities at the Museum
- Study art appreciation
- Create new experiences for Museum visitors
