Eugene Decker presents his own and Warren Garst’s personal photography of African wildlife through slides and stories. Gene will relate some of Warren’s adventures while filming for Wild Kingdom shows.
Warren Garst spent more time photographing wildlife in Africa than in another location in the world. Eugene Decker met Warren in Kenya in the early 1970s when he was working for the United Nations Kenya Wildlife Management Project. They have been good friends ever since. Gene, professor Emeritus of Wildlife Conservation at Colorado State University, has visited African more than 35 times leading study tours and conducting training sessions for conservation agencies and universities. $5 Public; Free Members
