ARTISTS ASSOCIATION OF NORTHERN COLORADO
“SPRING FORWARD”
SHOW LOCATION
Community Creative Center (the Carnegie Building)

ELIGIBILITY and GUIDELINES
• All works must be entered by online digital images only. No physical entry.
• All works must be original creations of the artist: contemporary, traditional, abstract, two-and three dimensional pieces.
• All work must be prepared for hanging with wire (no saw-tooth hangers or exposed glass edges). Unframed work must be gallery wrapped with exposed edges painted, and no visible staples. All work must be for sale. There is a 30% commission on all sales. All pieces to be labeled on back with title, artist's name, size, phone number and medium.
AWARDS
• Certificates of Award, four cash awards dependant on the number of enrants, plus Honorable Mention certificates.
• Winners will be featured on the AANC website as well as the AANC Facebook page.
EXHIBITION DATES
April 1 – 11, 2015
The Community Creative Center is open to the public Wednesday through Saturday from 1-6 pm. (In addition to First Friday evening.) Entrants are required to staff the gallery once or twice during the exhibit for at least 2 hours. Sign-up sheet will be available at art drop-off.
RECEPTION and AWARD ANNOUNCEMENTS
First Friday Gallery Walk, April 3, 2015 6:00 – 9:00PM. Participating artists are encouraged to be present.

Panel of graduate students from Colorado State University.
HAND DELIVER WORK
• Monday, March 30 - 10 AM - 4 PM. No exceptions. ALL work must be hand-delivered to Community Creative Center (Carnegie Building) 200 Matthews Street, Fort Collins, Colorado.
• NO shipped work will be accepted.
PICK UP WORK
• Sunday, April 12, 9 am to Noon.
• No storage is available. ALL work must be picked up at this time. No exceptions. No storage available. ($15 per day penalty for work not picked up on time.)
SUBMISSION PROCESS
• Entry to the show is through www.OnlineJuriedShows.com No physical entry process.
• Help in photographing your work and properly sizing your images can be found at: www.OnlineJuriedShows.com/help.aspx
• For best results, make sure your image is 1920 pixels @72 dpi on the longest side. Images should be in JPEG format, sRGB color space. If you need help entering your images or are unable to, please contact help@onlinejuriedshows.com
ENTRY FEES
• AANC Members: $30 for up to 3 entries.
• Non-members: $35 for up to 3 entries.
• Students: $20 for 3 entries.
SELECTION NOTIFICATION:
• All artists will receive notification by email after acceptance is complete. (Approximately March 18)
• Elimination will occur only if total number of submitted pieces exceeds available space.
• Please add info@onlinejuriedshows.com to your safe senders list to ensure email delivery. Likewise, you can view your acceptance by logging into your Artist Profile after the notification date.
NOTES:
AANC will take all precautions to ensure the safety of all artwork. All artwork will be handled with care. AANC will not be held responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen artwork. Any insurance is the sole responsibility of the exhibiting artist. HELP
