WHAT WE ARE IN SEARCH OF:

Registration Table (Need 1 More!)
Before Event: There will be 1 training before May 9 on the handbid event software. Login credentials and user manuals will be sent out before event.
At the Event: Run checkin table starting at 7pm. There will be 4 separate lines (VIP, Pre-Registered, and 2 lines for At-Event-Registration). Pre-capture their credit card information and assign everyone a silent auction number. After registration, the registration table will be the main point of information for people, so generally answering questions will be the job. Ashley, our operations manager, will hang out a lot around registration to make sure everyone has the answers they need. At checkout, they will do final checkout and send silent auction runners to pick up the items they've won.
Breaker for Registration Table (Need 1 out of 1 Volunteers)
Before Event: There will be 1 training before May 9 on the handbid event software. Login credentials and user manuals will be sent out before event.
At the Event: Extra Registration Person to Help at Registration. If answers are needed at registration booth, this person can run to find Ashley to get them. Give each of 4 registration people a 30 minute break during event & then take a 30 min break yourself. At checkout, be the main person sending Silent Auction runners to get the items at the needed tables.
Silent Auction Table (Need 3 out of 5 Volunteers)
Before Event: There will be 1 training before May 9 on how to help the patrons bid on silent auction items on their apps or how you can help them with the iPads at the tables. There will be one silent auction run through also prior to May 9th, so everyone understands the items, where they are set up and what is at your table. May be able to combine these into 1 evening.
At the Event: Be in charge of 1 of the 5 silent auction tables. Answer questions from patrons, help anyone who needs help with the online bidding process, mention items from your table to those looking. Each Silent Auction Person will get a 30 minute Break before 10pm when the auction closes. Then during the last hour, will stay at your tables to distribute the items to "runners" who will collect items for the winning bidder.
