The Poudre High School Catering II class is asking you to support the purchase of a good Truck. They provide catering services to in-school and out of school events. This food truck can expand their knowledge of business management with real world culinary experiences,and increase their understanding of business practices and entrepreneurship.
Poudre High school has 3 levels of culinary classes; Catering II is the third and most advanced Catering class offered, and this is where the project begins.
They are starting this food truck to bring more real work experience to the students.
"What we need for the food truck to be a success is funding and a lot of support, and if we exceed our goals financially, the additional money will be used to improve and supply the food truck."
