Interesting.....seems to me, we didn't have these kind of problems in the past five years. Did Streetmosphere have anything to do with that? I think so. I am looking forward to looking at the data once the Summer is over. I believe it is less expensive to fund a program that deters such behavior than to have continuous police presence to address these problems. Unfortunately, the survey has no place for public comment, but there will be an Open House on Thursday, August 13 from 7-8 p.m. at Northside Aztlan Community Center, 112 Willow Street.
