HE IS COMING TO CSU!!!
Not only is Mark Rumsey coming to campus, he will be installing a site specific piece in the Curfman Gallery made of 10,000 pieces of folded paper hanging from the ceiling.
His exhibition is named “mammatocumulus”.
Are you thinking “mamma, as in mammary?” and “cumulus, as in cloud?”. That is right, mammatocumulus is a could feature that creates hanging pouches on the cloud that look similar to udders or breasts.
He needs YOUR help installing his mammatocumulus paper creation.
No experience is necessary for volunteers, stop by the Curfman Gallery Monday the 25th through Thursday the 28th from 12 pm to 8 pm to help us with the installation. Not only can you gain experience working in a gallery and helping create art with an internationally renowned artist, you can meet Mark Rumsey for a one on one chat!
