OPEN ADMISSION DAYS & OCTOBER EVENTS AT THE FORT COLLINS MUSEUM OF ART

The Fort Collins Museum of Art announced five upcoming open admission days for October during Norman Rockwell’s 323 Saturday Evening Post Covers. Open admission days are a chance for the community to visit exhibitions free of admission charge thanks to the generosity of sponsors. We believe that a strong arts and culture presence is essential for a healthy community. The goal of Open Admission Days is to provide access to FCMOA's exhibitions and programs to the widest possible audience.

In addition to Open Admission Days, the Museum is also hosting educational lectures about Norman Rockwell. One of the most popular American artists of the past century, Norman Rockwell (1894-1978) was a keen observer of human nature and a gifted storyteller. For nearly seven decades, while history was being made all around him, Rockwell chronicled our changing society in the small details and nuanced scenes of ordinary people in everyday life. Norman Rockwell’s 323 Saturday Evening Post Covers has been organized by the Norman Rockwell Museum in Stockbridge, Massachusetts.
