Spokesbuzz Seeks Executive Director

SpokesBUZZ seeks a part-time -- 20 hours per week -- Executive Director able to start in March of 2016. The BOD will receive inquiries and conduct interviews through February 15, 2016. Following that process, an offer will be made to the optimal candidate.

Main Objectives for the ED are:
Vision & Mission Implementation
Staff Management
Strategic Plan Development and Implementation
Board Direction Implementation
Fundraising
Program Management
Public speaking on behalf of SpokesBUZZ

Specific Tasks Include:
Project Management
Timeline Observance
Sponsor and Partner Cultivation and Retention
Budget Creation & Adherence
Structure Committee System and Oversee Effectiveness
Staff evaluation and compensation management
Hiring, Training and Termination of all Staff, Contractors and Interns
Management of Data Systems
Management of Operations and Office
Grant Writing and Management
Taxes and Accounting Oversight

Illegal Pete's Residency
Springboard
CSU Online Badge System

All new programming will be Board approved.
