The Fort Collins Lincoln Center is proud to be co-hosting a timely and provocative art exhibition, “

Speaking Volumes: Transforming Hate is a provocative exhibition on the topics of hate, discrimination and violence - and the transformation toward justice, love and empathy. The exhibition will run January 20 - March 19, 2017. Speaking Volumes: Transforming Hate showcases the diverse work of 39 artists who have transformed thousands of anti-Semitic and racist books into an uplifting and dynamic exhibition. The exhibition is visually powerful, thought-provoking, sometimes humorous, always challenging, and ultimately deeply moving.

Northern Colorado Weavers Guild Fiber Celebration 2017 is currently in the works and as chairperson for 2017, I want to personally invite all past participants to enter their fabulous fiber creations in this years exhibit.  As you know, pieces representing fiber media of all types are welcome.  The complete prospectus is attached and can also be found at http://www.nocoweaversguild.org along with the online entry form.  ENTRY DEADLINE IS MARCH 1, 2017.  If you have questions, please email me at llsanden24@gmail.com or call 970-568-4230.  We look forward to your submissions.

November Hot Dish

The Hot Dish group will meet at The Music District this month.  Tuesday, November 22nd 6-8pm.  Hot Dish is a group of Creative folks who get together once a month to 'dish' about the arts scene in Fort Collins.  Anyone who is an artist(or musician, or writer, or actor,or....) or is interested in any sort of creative endeavor is welcome.  As always, please bring a dish to share and utensils and plates to keep this a trash-free event.  For more information about hot dish, please visit our Facebook page.
